Creating an event through https://groups.drupal.org/node/add/event, the available options in the field Event Type offer "Sprint".
To streamline with the community emphasizing "Contribution" instead.

Rename "Sprint" to "Contribution"
Creating an event (/node/add/event), the availabe options in the field Event Type offer "Sprint". To streamline with the community emphasizing "Contribution" instead, we should rename that value (or add a new one "Contribution event").
I checked the complete form, this is the only instance of "Sprint" as far as I could see.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Hoping this doesn't need to be postponed if it's just a rename of an existing one. Reworked the issue summary to make the ask sussinct
That field is implemented as feature (groupsorg.features.content.inc).
Since the only development done on groups.drupal.org is to migrate it on drupal.org, that code will not be changed.
