Capitalize module name per Drupal standards

Reminder - the "assigned" field is for indicating you are actively working on something, once you're finished please set the field back to "unassigned".

User interface standards / Interface text (Module and theme names) → says that module and theme names should use title case capitalization. That means that by, a preposition of two letters, should be written in lowercase letters.
