Poll choices are hidden if "hidden untranslatble fields" is enabled

Hi!
After #132339: Multilingual poll choices → poll choices are translatable but still counts as the vote.

However, because the choice field is untranslatable in itself (though choices wihin are !), you can't "hide the non translatable fields" of the poll (at /admin/config/regional/content-language) to hide the poll options ("allow anonymous to cancel votes" etc...) without also hiding the choices from being translated.

In addition to that, it's not only about showing the choice widget, but it should not be possible to add / remove choices while translating poll because you may loose data.
