A patch out of MR so that it can be used until it's merged.
I was trying views_data_export with ✨ Support for batch operations Fixed and one immediate effect I had was that the live view was crashing my local due to a large set.
I checked and this is a core views issue, live preview is never limited. I believe this is prone to this happening with larger sets with big limits so I wonder if this limit shouldn't be wired on views.
