Currently when using the setup "when filter value is not available: show all results" (referred to as "ignore" in code), seems to ignore all contextual filters and shows all possible results from the view. Either it should only ignore that filter, or there should be another type of ignore option that allows this. It doesn't make sense that all contextual filters are no longer applied if the first doesn't validate.

Can't you cover this scenario by providing a "Fixed" value and an "Exception value" and setting the fixed value to the exception value?
