New format date

At our project we needed different date formats to use, but we checked and didn't found any module to do it.

These are the format types:
MONTH/YEAR
YEAR/MONTH

So we added it to the datetime module.

Just doing a proper reroll here, #14 had an empty case, which was filled on #2 and missed on #14.
