Created merge request. To test please apply patch and run db update. Confirm that a new field Open link in new window is created on the Image paragraph type and when the boolean is enabled, the image link opens in a new window.
Merge request fixes issue with db update and hides the header from displaying within the template inside the content. - Status changed to Needs review

I have tested this locally and can confirm the boolean "Open link in new window" field exists on the Image paragraph and works properly on the site's front end.
The patch was applied correctly.
I just want to note that when I did a 'drush updb' command there were "No pending updates" after the patch was applied.Moving to the "Reviewed and tested by the community" status. Thanks all!
