Link labels generated by the Entity List Builder should provide more context for a11y

Currently the links on the dropdown aren't saying which items are to be edited / enabled / etc. Those labels should really contain some visually-hidden text that provides that context verbally.

The links will need to satisfy the new "Label in name" success criterion from WCAG 2.1. Do not put the visually-hidden text in between the visible words. Put it at the start or end of the link name...

  • PASS: "Manage fields [for Basic page]" - speech control users can say "Click manage fields", and their assistive tech will narrow the choice down to all visible instances of "manage fields".
  • FAIL: "Manage [Basic page] fields" - speech control users cannot activate this by saying "Click manage fields".
