Taxonomy pages crash with layout_builder enabled

is this same for me? WHen I click on product in taxonomy I get this error

i tried https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2018-09-19/2959132-taxo-17-PASS.patch → and nothing is fixed

The patch https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2018-09-19/2959132-taxo-17-PASS.patch → is not fixing the issue on my site.
