Implement configuration schema for Views reference field storage+settings and widget+formatter

Hi,

Great module, thanks for all your efforts. I include it in the Bootstrap Paragraphs module. I was adding a PHPUnit test and got an error that field_name:settings.target_type is missing schema.

Adding a new field, with some of the new settings I see that settings now is an array, but the 4 items in that array are undefined and missing their schemas.

settings.handler
settings.handler_settings
settings.plugin_types
settings.preselect_views

I believe this can be fixed by including schema.yml files in the module to define them.
