Views shows original language instead translation when nodes are unpublished

I have a view which should show also unpublished nodes in two languages. The original language works fine, but the translation also shows the original language instead of the translation, if the nodes are unpublished. As soon as I publish the nodes, views works fine in both languages. Logged in as admin user, the view also shows both languages correct, even if the nodes are unpublished, but for anonymous users it doesn't work.
