Problem with uninstall

When I uninstall the module, I get the following error :

Uncaught PHP Exception RuntimeException: "Unable to determine class for field type 'commerce_plugin_item:commerce_license_type' found in the 'field.storage.commerce_product_variation.license_type' configuration" at /home/www.domaine.com/public_html/web/core/modules/field/src/FieldStorageConfigStorage.php line 157

    Patch #5 works but

    The commerce_product_variation.license_type field needs to be uninstalled.
    The commerce_product_variation.license_expiration field needs to be uninstalled.

    On the status page still exists

    I'm facing uninstall issues with version 3.0.1, but when I try to use patch #5, I get message "Unreversed (or previously applied) patch detected!" (this also happens for latest dev-version). Does this mean, the patch is already incorporated?
