Cannot uninstall Content Moderation

Problem/Motivation

You cannot uninstall the content moderation module if you have existing content moderation states

Steps to reproduce

  • Install Umami profile
  • Edit a piece of content to move it to draft
  • Visit Extend page and click link next to Content moderation checkbox to 'Remove content moderation states'
  • Fatal error

    At Drupal South 2024 we were able to reliably reproduce this.
    We've updated the issue summary with steps to reproduce.

    The steps to reproduce don't cause the same error on older versions.

    We did some git archeology and found in fact there's a new bug in core that breaks this uninstall form for every entity-type.

    We found that was introduced by 🐛 Page title should contextualize the local navigation Needs work

    Thanks for reporting this issue. We rely on issue reports like this one to resolve bugs and improve Drupal core.

    As part of the Bug Smash Initiative, we are triaging issues that are marked "Postponed (maintainer needs more info)". This issue was marked "Postponed (maintainer needs more info)" 4.5 years ago.

    We were unable to reproduce the issue on the latest version of core.

    If anyone can provide complete steps to reproduce the issue (starting from "Install Drupal core"), document those steps in the issue summary and set the issue status back to "Active"
