I experience wierd behaviour when using page manager and importing configuration from someone else. The placed blocks (they are view-blocks) on the page dont show up unless I update-save that page without changing anything. When exporting, I noticed that the uuid's changed so my first guess might be that placed blocks might be content?
Sadly I couldn't find anything similar on this.
