The example code in the README file is not entirely clear (e.g., it's not obvious what the $instance_id is), and it recommends the discouraged practice of loading entities via hardcoded static method calls rather than using injectable dependencies. It should be improved to be clearer and to use the preferred object-oriented idioms.
