Combine multiple values in one entry

The D8 port renders every value separately. Bring back the option to render them in one entry.

(note, the option to render them one by on for D7 will not happen, to close to EOL of that version)

I needed to show multiple values separately. Unfortunately your module combines the results in 1 filter within brackets.
I managed to make the multifield logic in views-exposed-filters-summary-results.tpl.php, but the code seems a bit large. Are you planning to add this feature?
I can show my code of the template if needed.
