give Delete buttons a semantically different color

Buttons like «Cancel account» for users and «Delete» for content, taxonomies, views, etc
should be semantically differentiated with a diferent color (red).

Deleting a user or a content or a taxonomy, etc points to an irreversible action and the «danger» implied should be noted to the user in some way. I think a regular blue button for these actions is totally out of place and it confuses the user.

In addition of it's not intuitive and violates the usability standards.
