The core block_settings schema defines schema for block_content blocks

Problem/Motivation

The info, status and view_mode keys in block_settings are block_content specific, I don't know why they were added there.

Additionally, the default configuration info and status in BlockContentBlock are unused but we can only remove them there not from config as that would invalidate existing config?

Writing an update function seems tricky as that would also require e.g. page_manager to write one?

Proposed resolution

* Move the keys to block.settings.block_content:*
* Remove or deprecate info/status
