The Flag module does allow users to attach fields to flag - there is a clear documentation on how to do that. However, how to display the attached fields of a flag in an entity is not provided.
There are possible solutions like theme templates or altering content during display. A documentation stating the best way for displaying flag related fields in any entity would be great.
