Add support to modify site name with "the"

Provide a way to indicate whether the site name needs the word "the" when used in a sentence.

Use case:

We use the web site name "SFMTA" without the quotes.

When it is used in a sentence as a subject or object, but not as a modifier, it needs to be preceded by "the" (or "The" if at the beginning of the sentence).

So "Welcome to the SFMTA"

As opposed to "Welcome to Drupal"

"Welcome to [site:name]" doesn't cut it for us.

It would be nice to have a configuration field Site Name As Subject/Object with token [site:subject-object]

This is minor priority, as I can just type the The where it belongs. But that would not work well for a multi-site where one site uses "the" and another doesn't.

As a side note, there might be translation issues.
