Add posibility to empty trash with time period

The 8.x-1.x and 8.x-2.x branches of this module are not supported anymore.

Does the 3.0 version have an empty trash function?

It doesn't, but it would be a nice feature to have.

I am working with a personal project where this feature is very important. Hence I was trying to create a custom module on topp of trash module that handles the 30 day auto deletion. It would be very helpful. Is there already a working solution that I can use ?

@penyaskito, great work here! I left a few comments in the MR, the biggest change I think should be the one about removing the limitation of auto-purging happening only in 'days'.

@EZKG, this feature is very close to being merged into the Trash module, so I think it's best to wait a day or two and then update to the latest version of the module :)

FWIW, this MR missed adding an upgrade path for the new auto_purge configuration, I've just added it in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/trash/-/commit/42664da3d2d8e64702cb16...
