is fixed, add a @CacheableMetadata annotation that is parsed to a CacheableMetadata, so statically defined plugins are able to share their cacheability metadata.
Since 🌱 Finalize cacheability for plugins Closed: duplicate is a bug fix, and without this issue statically defined plugin definitions cannot be cached, I am marking this a bug as well.
