Entity permissions as they are currently are very inconsistent. Some of this is justified due to different use-cases, some is just because the various core entities have evolved separately for years.

adds some standard permissions for Field UI, but wasn't able to take any of the old non-standard permissions away. It'd be worth reviewing what there is and see if we can trim them down a bit.
