Content type master/default fields for all existing / new content types

A similar functionality to "webform_default_fields" (http://drupal.org/project/webform_default_fields) for content-types for a more efficient way on creating/editing content types.

E.g. for all content types I need equal fields with the same settings.
Currently I always need to add new or existing fields on maybe many existing content types which takes ages.

Another improvement would be the possibility to add more than one existing field at once.
