Ability to export/import views configuration on a per-form-block basis

The Views UI does a great job of splitting up functionally similar components on the configuration form.

When I'm cloning/importing views and view displays, as well as overriding defaults set for a particular view I often wish I could just export and import configuration for a particular section.

What I mean is, for example import/export the "fields" fieldset, or the "filters" fieldset or "sorts", etc...

The way I see this working is having two extra buttons next to the current "add" and "rearrange" buttons, you could copy and paste the textual representation of the views objects into a form displayed when the import button is clicked.

This would be a *huge* timesaver for me when working on larger projects with many similar but different views and displays that actually share a lot of settings but in slightly different combinations. I assume that there are other people who experience the same thing.

Brought this up in #yes-no-queue in slack and @larowlan mentioned this sounds like a won't fix.

With 11 years of no movement or interest would have to agree.

If still a valid request though please reopen explaining why.

    Thanks!
