Without first seeing the demonstration page, the list of possible regions makes no sense.

Is this still relevant to Drupal 10 or 11?

There has been no activity here for 11 years, which suggests that this is outdated or there are other issue looking into this.

I am setting the status at Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive confirmation that there is work to do here this may be closed after three months.
