Name formatting will not work as it is using data from exisitng fields.
Nickname is not initials. It may be totally not related to the name. It is something like.. 'father of ...' , so it varies and need to be its own field.
Prefix is usually a one or two letters. And it is a list of two or three options only.
Not all names have nicknames, and not all names have a prefix part.
