Add the ability to rearrange the name parts

Since the available name parts do not cover my needs, I rename some of them and use them to meet my requirements

I change the Generational to Prefix and Credentials to Nickname. I want to be able to move Generational/Prefix to the beginning of the name.

Add the the ability to reoder/rearrange the name parts
