@e0ipso this module no longer even shows a release past Drupal 7. How about merging this one and keeping the module alive?

Can this please be released? 3.12 throws these warnings all over the place.

The Rector patch on /src is not necessary and in fact breaks things. All that should be required is the core_version_requirement addition. Tested on Drupal 10.0.3. Module is allowed to install & TOC blocks can be created on content fields.

I think this is a really good idea -- it is currently rather difficult to apply any basic styling to Media in a CKEditor field, which is a rather fundamental requirement for using Media at all.
