I am experiencing exactly the same issue and only suggestion from this thread that resolved the issue was downgrading doctrine/deprecations to version 1.1.3.
However I really don't think this qualifies as a fix but more like a work-around so is there anything else I could do to try and solve this and use latest version of doctrine/deprecations?
