Updated patch to include jQuery.once deprecation.
@noorulshameera, I believe we need to remove the D8 support due to the change from Drupal\Component\Utility\Unicode to Drupal\Component\Mime\MimeHeaderEncoder.
New patch also removes D8 core_requirements
