I'm going to create the tables manually and make my queries to that tables, thereby i do not have to delete tables in the first db.

It is solved changing the path of my site, adding web folder.

After doing some more tests i realize that @dbielke1986 advice was correct. The problem is the path of the json file.

I have tested everything, the path is correct, i did the steps in the other issue, and nothing works.

I dd(DRUPAL_ROOT . $form_state->getValue('file_path')); and the path is correct:
"/var/www/html/my_site/web/modules/contrib/ckeditor5_template/template/ckeditor5_template.json"
