🐛 | Acquia Cloud Site Factory Connector | accessCheck() missed in entityquery used in siteScrub() function. Due to this staged down is not working properly in Site factory.

This patch add the ->accessCheck(TRUE) in the acsf/acsf_init/src/Commands/AcsfinitCommands.php. // Set default settings for user accounts.
This version fixed path error that cause other two patches not to work.
