I created a new merge request because the patch was not applicable anymore to any version of the module after 8.14.x.
This merge request attempts to make it work again. The update was needed because of a recent security vulnerability of the module.
hasan.A → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.
I can report the same for our installation of Drupal 9.

I am working on this issue. Currently planning to bump the major version of this module from 1 to 2 while adding support for monolog 3.
The major version bump will also entail a removal of support for Drupal 8.
I have reviewed the merge request of @pfrenssen, and it looks good to me. However, because I am new to the Drupal and PHP ecosystem, I refrained from actually signing something off. I'd appreciate if someone with more experience would chime in and review the changes.
