Monolog 3 support

For the record: the monolog upgrade doc

I am working on this issue. Currently planning to bump the major version of this module from 1 to 2 while adding support for monolog 3.

The major version bump will also entail a removal of support for Drupal 8.

I have released a 3.0 release with monolog 3 support.
