I am picking this issue and started working on this :)

I was trying to add all the components individually as per @kriten pol’s comment above :

Here are my observations while trying to add all the components for the demo

1) I used to get

Getting to Error message
Warning: Trying to access array offset on null in Drupal\experience_builder\Form\ComponentPropsForm->buildForm() (line 63 of modules/contrib/experience_builder/src/Form/ComponentPropsForm.php).
Drupal\experience_builder\Form\ComponentPropsForm->buildForm(Array, Object, Object)

but it did disappear after the XB latest pull

2) While add image in the case study component (after adding all the other components), when I edit the image I saw a WSOD (This was not happening frequently).

3) I saw a broken window(which didn’t appear again) after adding the testimonial component. Just wanted to highlight. The mobile view was absolute and didn’t throw this screen.

4) I really don't know if its a known issue or silly issue from my end, while adding slider, I was struglling to add slider card in the 4 slider section. That really killed a lot of time. But looking at @kriten pol's video (https://youtu.be/kJqDm14J1RY), the slider card was added with no hustle

@kriten pol - Could you bare with me another day ? There were some malware issues on my workstation which was blocking all the files in the vendor folder considering them as threats since last Thursday. However, I am actively co-ordinating with our IT team to get it rectified(completely removing the carbon black cloud). I'll have my local setup up and running by this evening IST or tomorrow morning pacific time. if this is ok, I'll start working or you can assign to Jacob and I can actively start contributing from tomorrow.

I found the same error when I tried to install XB with a d10.3 instance and SDDS project. However, I could further access the /xb/node/1 and the default components from the XB are shown. I get the same error as @kristen mentioned above. I'm attaching screenshot for reference. Thanks

Tested SDC conversion script and guide with starshot_demo/components/01-atoms/starshot-heading. 2 new files are generated Readme.md file and starshot_demo/components/01-atoms/starshot-heading/starshot-heading.component.yml .
