Create Case Study component for Starshot Demo Design System

Add tasks and update wording.

Assigning to Alan and Feb to work on these.

Add screenshot to summary.

Added note on the name of this in the original Starshot designs:

Note: In the original Starshot design, this section is called "Case Studies".

Add parent.

Feb is currently focused on this one.

Simplifying language.

Using XB demo language.

Not so much a meta issue as work was done here and related work is happening in other metas.

@febdao Although our focus is the new components that were requested last week, we should finish this one up so that it's completed. But, bumping it's priority to minor for now.
