根据官方接入文档说明，网页应用登录 scope 值是 snsapi_login 无误。
应用授权作用域，拥有多个作用域用逗号（,）分隔，网页应用目前仅填写snsapi_login
因此错误“Scope 参数错误或没有 Scope 权限”请重点考虑权限问题。

请确认接入所使用的是微信开放平台（open.weixin.qq.com）的网站应用。

I've updated this module to compatible with Drupal 10, the codes are in the issue fork branch 3377353-support-drupal-10.x, please review and test it.
The codes may not compatible with Drupal 8, so I haven't create the merge request, feel free to create a new branch for D9 and D10.
