I also agree with @ipinchuk. Therefore, I removed the weight field from the Email form as it was in my previous patch and extended the ListBuilder with a DraggableListBuilder to provide d&d functionality.
Additionally, I took the hook_update from @murz MR to populate the "weight" with the default value.

I tested the patch without Colorbox. The field formatter was not available.
After enabling Colorbox, the formatter appeared as expected.
The picture opens on click, tokens are also rendered correctly.

I made an update to the configuration schema with improved role configuration. I also refactored the module and added an update hook to convert the existing configuration.
