Add weight for the list of Better emails

Hi everyone,

I don't understand the benefit of this improvement. But, if it should be, I suggest adding sorting like on the Roles listing page (drag-and-drop). This is more useful than a single weight field.

What do you think, guys?

I'm agree with @ipinchuk, the full functionality of weight might be achieved with d&d on listing page, not only the field itself.

I also agree with @ipinchuk. Therefore, I removed the weight field from the Email form as it was in my previous patch and extended the ListBuilder with a DraggableListBuilder to provide d&d functionality.
Additionally, I took the hook_update from @murz MR to populate the "weight" with the default value.
