Seems quite the priority since this affects all Core user mails.
Or is there another workaround to be able to send the mails in the correct language?
I've created a merge request and refactored it a little bit.
The patch in #2 seems a better way to reliably fetch the entity and get the correct label.

Fixed the class to use proper dependency instantiation.
