@frederikvho - Thanks for your comment and work-around! I am seeing the same thing running drush updb after upgrade to 2.1.0-alpha1.

We are having the same issue after updating to 10.3.x (specifically 10.3.1) and we do not have the CKE5 font or line height plugins.

Getting Error when attempting to update weight module... Is this related to the errors in the previous comments?
