2. Enabled the navigation module
3. Created, activated, and set as the default theme a sub-theme that extends dsfr4drupal
4. Enabled the shortcut module and added a few shortcuts

Thank you for the theme and the ui_suite initiative.

I created a merge request with a suggestion to get DSFR lib as a drupal-library composer dependency.
