Views::getViewsAsOptions() is very handy indeed if you need all views available. Otherwise it's not optimal for performance.
It appears that the module cannot be uninstalled if a text format has token replacements enabled. But the message returned in the terminal is somehow misleading. Changing the status of this issue to support request.

I've just realised that I misunderstood how the module works. It's actually possible to disable the remove operation. However, the "operations" column is displayed even when there are no operations available.
What's the recommended way to hide the operations column when there are no operations available?
The suggestion works indeed. However I believe a freshly installed module shouldn't change any core Drupal config parameter without user action. Great work and thank you very much for the quick reply.
