I have a similar issue on drupal 10.2 with 3.2.2 Version:
If an anonymous user visits sites of a public available Group I get this error in some cases.
An other user with a diffrent session may access the site without any issues.
All calls to 'Drupal\variationcache\Cache\VariationCacheFactory' I can find are made in 'fexible_permissions' module.
In theory they should use the aliases in the last version of 'Drupal\variationcache\' I have no Idea why this fails randomly.
I removed the patches for deprecated themes from patchfile in order to use it with drupal 10.1. so stable9 is the only core theme that gets patched.
As long as there is no better option it still does it's duty in drupal 10.
When checking for updates on prargraph fields, the nodes original can be loaded in the wrong (default) language.
I'm making shure the matching translation is used if present.
