site crashes after upgrading to 3.2.2

Please report your versions of VariationCache and Flexible Permissions both before and after the upgrade. Also does the issue go away with D10.2 (released 3 days ago)?

Changing to support request as I would imagine a lot more +1s on this issue if it really were a bug. I could be wrong, though, so don't hold it against me.

I have a similar issue on drupal 10.2 with 3.2.2 Version:
If an anonymous user visits sites of a public available Group I get this error in some cases.
An other user with a diffrent session may access the site without any issues.
All calls to 'Drupal\variationcache\Cache\VariationCacheFactory' I can find are made in 'fexible_permissions' module.
In theory they should use the aliases in the last version of 'Drupal\variationcache\' I have no Idea why this fails randomly.

Try the patch here please: #3414766-2: Resolve edge case where kernel event subscribers crash because class aliases aren't defined yet → , clear your caches after patching.
