The missing Rules scheduler is the one thing that stops me from upgrading my last three sites from Drupal 7. I can't find any information about the status of this project. These sites rely quite heavily on Rules scheduler and I can't find a replacement for it either.
Can anyone help us here? I'm sorry I can't code, I would contribute happily if I could.
