So the issue is in the file opigno_module/src/Form/OpignoActivityTypeForm.php line 35, there should not be a .php. If you remove it so the line reads
'exists' => '\Drupal\opigno_module\Entity\OpignoActivityType::load',
it works. This really should be a patch, but I am just letting you know.
