Cannot add new Activity Type

Problem/Motivation

When I try to add a new Activity Type in "Opigno Module", a blank page is displayed, with the following message:
"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."
See the attached screenshot.

Also, following error gets logged into the "Reports" -> "Log Messages" section:

Steps to reproduce

Go to "Opigno Module" -> "Activity Types" (URL: .../admin/structure/opigno_activity_type)
Click on "Add Activity type" button (URL: .../admin/structure/opigno_activity_type/add)
Fill in the required information and click "Save" button

Unfortunately not.
I also updated my Opigno installation to 3.1.0, hoping that it will resolve the issue, but apparently it's still there.

So the issue is in the file opigno_module/src/Form/OpignoActivityTypeForm.php line 35, there should not be a .php. If you remove it so the line reads
'exists' => '\Drupal\opigno_module\Entity\OpignoActivityType::load',

it works. This really should be a patch, but I am just letting you know.
