I too miss the sidebars in Bartik, Drupal 9. Reading the forum on this, it does not seem there is a way to add sidebars to Claro in Drupal 10

All there is on the Extend page is Filter. Last year, there was Add Module and a blank where I could paste the file name of a module I had downloaded.

What happened? 

I can't get Composer working because I can't find/download PHP 7.2

Help! I teach a technical-writer course featuring Drupal 9.
